In 2005, I visited a friend in Johannesburg who worked there as a volunteer for Youth for Christ. In the Zakheni training centre of YFC I met an YFC employee from Soweto who gladly wants to join a bible school, but did not have the financial resources. Already rapidly appeared that it was really a call from the Lord and His will that we met each other. The first project of three years was a fact. Soon later a second project appeared: financial support of a director of Youth For Christ.
The result
Love for this country and their local population has become a passion and in the meantime a call. If god calls, we have to obey. In Matthew 25:45 is written ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
The formula
All support in time and money come from private resources and possibilities. The personal involvement at the projects and support makes giving this way beautiful and the results and the objectives concrete.
God loves those who give with a happy heart!
Give with your heart! Give without expecting something back. Invest with common sense money, time and prayer. You will be amazed the joy you will experience!
